- The Refrigeration School, Inc. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona in 1965 to meet the growing need for high quality education and training of air conditioning and refrigeration technicians. Over the years RSI has grown and developed an excellent reputation for providing the student with the best possible service and has become on the leading HVAC schools.
- The RSI campus which is easily accessible from all parts of the Phoenix metropolitan area, includes two buildings with 21,000 square feet of classroom, lab, and support service facilities. An additional 5,400 square feet of outdoor shop area brings the total to over 26,000 square feet of training facilities.
- The Refrigeration School, Inc or RSI trains you in the technical services that are needed today and challenges the student to reach his or her highest level of academic knowledge and leadership capabilities. RSI offers not only HVAC training but also assistance in seeking financial aid and our Placement Assistance staff works with each graduate to find the right employment.
- The Refrigeration School, Inc. is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology, and complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. RSI is licensed to operate by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education and is a Member of the Arizona Private School Association.

The Refrigeration School, Inc. (RSI) , a leader in training professional heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and electrical (HVACRE) technicians, announced that it is the first Arizona school selected to participate in the new U.S. Army Vocational Technical (AVOTEC) program geared to providing technical education to active duty soldiers.
