    HOUMA - A trash can fire at L.E. Fletcher Technical Community College Tuesday led to the arrest of a student on arson charges. Joshua Paul Dupre, 19, 118 Berwood Drive, Houma, was arrested by Terrebonne Sheriff’s Office investigators after he was reportedly observed on video surveillance tape near the men’s bathroom where the fire started.
