- Mesa Community College (MCC) offers international students superior academic opportunities, unique cultural experiences, and a friendly campus environment. Students enrolling here are able to complete the first two years of an undergraduate bachelor's degree program in a setting dedicated to quality teaching.
- Dr. Larry K. Christiansen is the president of Mesa Community College (MCC). MCC has two comprehensive campuses and is the largest of the 10 Maricopa Colleges. MCC enrolled over 27, 000 students each semester.
- Mesa Community College provides quality instruction in more than 150 degree, career, and university transfer programs. Two-thirds of our students intend to transfer to four-year schools to complete baccalaureate degrees. Other students prepare themselves for the job market or take courses for personal enrichment.
- Popular areas of study include business, education, engineering, biological and biomedical sciences, communication, psychology, visual and performance arts, and the social sciences. Career and technical programs provide career paths in fire science, automotive technology, mortuary science, biotechnology, and a full range of certificate and degree programs in nursing and other health care fields.
- The mission of the International Education Office is to foster global understanding by providing support services and programming that enhance the international efforts of MCC. The IE Office offers services for international students and scholars, works with study abroad programs, provides cross-cultural training, and serves as a resource for campus international/intercultural initiatives.
