School Notes:

  • While MacCormac has been known primarily as a business college for decades, the school has also revolutionized instruction in Law programs such as Court Reporting (the oldest Court Reporting program in America) and Paralegal Studies. MacCormac has always been known for its ability to adapt to changing times, and in recent years has added such programs as International Business and Medical Transcription to its curricular offerings.
  • Thousands of international students from around the world have attended MacCormac College in order to develop their English writing, reading, grammatical and conversational skills. These courses are available on a non-credit basis and are not eligible for financial aid.
  • The Center for Business Training and Community Education is located on the Downtown Chicago Campus, and offers a wide variety of evening and weekend classes. Evening and weekend courses and short seminars can be tailor-made to accomodate a variety of learning needs by individuals, groups, or organizations.
  • MacCormac College is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission, North Central Association.
