While traveling on a tight budget in Europe as a student, Greg Kotis encountered the pay toilets of Paris and had to limit his bathroom trips for lack of cash. That humbling experience gave him the inspiration to write Urinetown, a satirical comedy musical, which will be staged at Harper College March 12, 13, 14, 19, 20 and 21 in the Performing Arts Center, 1200 W.
