On campus refers to our facilities in the Center City business district of Philadelphia dating back to 1865. Peirce Online is our expanding Internet mediated distance learning (IMDL) platform offering complete, accredited degrees. Sheerr chairman of the board of trustees, the governing body of the organization, and the board of overseers, which acts in an advisory and fund-raising capacity. He succeeds Richard Braemer, who was chairman from 2005 to 2009. Sheerr is the president of The Wagman Primus Group L.P., Levittown.
