    Chuck Pine was so busy opening up his new restaurant last month that he to had turn down a catering job for his mentor, Rick Bayless. The new place, opened Oct. 2, features pretty much the same menu, although Pine said some changes are in the works. He's considering a lunch buffet to speed things along.
