A month after Tampa police found the body of a 2009 homicide victim, a man already jailed on a related homicide charge was additionally charged with second-degree murder.Detectives filed the charge Wednesday against Derrick Cullins, 29, of Tampa, who was to appear in court this morning for a first-appearance hearing. I recently wrote that supporters of Hillsborough County Commissioner Kevin White should raise money and make a down payment on the $425,000 that his sexual discrimination suit cost taxpayers. Michelle Patty, who owns a referral service in Tampa, told me last week she supports White and doesn't believe he owes a darn thing. The Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority intends to launch a pilot project April 12 for community-based bus service in parts of Brandon and South Shore.
