UPDATED Sunday 9:58 p.m.: The Station Fire marched relentlessly toward Acton on Sunday, scaling hillsides, crawling through canyons and bearing down on homes on the east end of the rural community. WOODLAND HILLS -- Los Angeles Pierce College erased a three-run deficit on the way to a 7-6 victory Tuesday over Bakersfield College in a Western State Conference baseball game. The Renegades (7-8, 5-1 WSC) led 3-0 on a first-inning home run by Joe Ramirez. The Brahmas 6-8, 3-3 WSC) scored twice in the sixth and four runs in the seventh for the win.
