Growth Partnership for Ashtabula County and the Ashtabula County Educational Service Center have announced the scholarship winners for the 2009 mentorship experience. Judging of projects was conducted April 29 and award winners will be honored at a breakfast May 4 at Kent State University, Ashtabula Campus, Blue/Gold Room.
