Marion County Sheriff Roger Vickers Wednesday reported the arrest of Robert Blevins, 23, of Flippin on a charge of felony delivery of marijuana and felony criminal conspiracy to deliver marijuana. The arrest occurred on Tuesday, Vickers said.
