    GARDNER - Mount Wachusett Community College has created an Accelerated Business Administration Transfer degree program for students interested in earning an associate's degree in one year before transferring to a four-year college or university to complete a bachelor's degree. The program pares $5,000 off the cost of an associate's degree, the college said in a statement.
