Mr. Swart, 65, of Freehold Township, died June 8, 2009, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Before his retirement, Mr. Swart was parts director for automobile dealerships throughout the area. In retirement, he most recently worked for the Asbury Park Press.
