    The mother of Key West political and civic activist and college professor Henry Woods was en route to Miami on Tuesday as Woods' health took a grave turn for the worse. "There's no hope," Lucy Carleton, who sits on the Waterfront Playhouse board of directors with Woods, told the Keynoter . Woods is a past Waterfront executive director. "They're talking about harvesting his organs."
