ESCANABA - Renea Ranguette, who has served as vice president of administrative services at Bay College in Escanaba for the past eight years, has announced she will be resigning in December. Ranguette has accepted a position at Blackhawk Technical College in Janesville, Wis., where she will serve as vice president for finance and operations.
