Upland High School delivered its fierce and tenacious defense in the biggest game of the season Friday night. When Rancho Cucamonga Los Osos High lost 17-0 to Upland on Oct. 16, it appeared the Grizzlies' season was dead on arrival. Los Osos had lost four of six games, was 0-1 in league and teetering on irrelevance. Then it turned things around. The Grizzlies (9-4) have since won seven consecutive games to rumble into tonight's CIF-Southern Section Central Division title game.
